Craft Catering is a catering company located in Bloomington, MN. They operate out of the Embassy Suites Minneapolis Airport location, however they provide catering services throughout the Twin Cities so their competition is rather large. They also have a Craft Mobile Kitchen which provides catering services from a food truck.

They came to us with a need of a unique responsive website design that would stand out from their competition. We set to work creating a clean, modern, responsive style design that is easy to navigate. In the catering business food is of course the most important so we focused on finding beautiful photos to feature through out the site, as well as a large slideshow on the homepage. The layout utilizes a hero image on the homepage with sub sections featuring their services below. The internal pages focus more on photography and use little text to create a clean design that is easy to read. We worked closely with the client and photographer to obtain photos that would best tell their story.

We utilized their yellow, white, black primary brand color scheme throughout the site to further reinforce their brand identity. The Craft Catering logo is prominently featured on the top right corner of the site. We developed the website in WordPress so it’s very easy for the client to update. The website has receive positive feedback from their clients and has required little maintenance. Check the responsive website design: craftcatering.com.
